Who We Are
Mthimunye Attorneys was established in 2011 by the founder and director Vusi Christogunus Mthimunye. whom envisaged improved service in justice for all, as entrenched in our slogan and to formulate a code that is lived under by all our staff and associates in eMbalenhle.
The challenge in access to legal services is not only evident across previously disadvantaged societies but gender, age and disabilities in varying communities.

The services industry, property and human capital development witnessed in the current and targeted clientele has presented a need to nurture transformation and demystify best practices approach in legal terms. We are operating in eMbalenhle a disadvantaged community, with our key focus in resolving legal issues and providing legal advice.
The firm specialises in various Facets of Law including but not limited to: Corporate Law, Criminal Litigation, Labour Law, Land Claims and Debt collection. We are a BB-BEE status level 1 Law Firm, fully owned by a South African previously disadvantaged black youth.
We practice in association with Mthimunye Mabunda Inc based in the Mpumalanga province, Zanele Mdluli Attorneys and Sehoana Motsepe Inc based in Gauteng province. We share a development motive with associate firm Nyoffy Inc, a firm based in Limpopo province.

VUSI C. MTHIMUNYE
Vusi C Mthimunye studied his LLB degree at University of Limpopo from 2004-2007.
He joined Mphahlele Attorneys as a candidate Attorney in 2008 and simultaneously attended Lead. Vusi is the founder and Director of Mthimunye Attorneys, He further extended his academic interest by completing his Masters degree in Labour Law under the direct supervision of the Adv.Rapatsa in UNIL.
He is also a member of the Black Lawyers Association.
LUTENDO M. KHARIDZHA
Lutendo M kharidzha studied her LLB degree at University of Venda from 2007-2013.
Lutendo joined Mthimunye Attorneys as a candidate Attorney in April 2016 and simultaneously attended Lead. Lutendo is currently studying towards her LLM (pension law).
She is also serving as deputy secretary of the Black Lawyers Association for the Mpumalanga Province.
MATHOPE SEKGOKA
Mathope Sekgoka studied his BA in Communications at university of limpopo from 2006-2008 and worked at AS Marketing in 2009.zzz
Mathope then pursued his LLB (bachelor of laws ) degree from 2011-2014.
Mathope joined Mthimunye Attorneys in 2015 and served his articles. Mathope got admitted as an Advocate in 2021 and continues to work as an in-house Counsel with Mtimunye Attorneys.
MBALI A. NGWENYAMA
Mbali A Ngwenyama studied her LLB at the University of Zululand (kwa-dlangezwa) campus from 2016-2019.
In 2020 Mbali attended LEAD (legal Educational Department Course) in the Johannesburg.
In 2021 February Mbali joined Mthimunye Attorneys as a candidate attorney.
